Guy Sebastian has opened up about his struggles with mental health and weight loss in a new tell-all interview.
The 42-year-old singer-songwriter and father-of-two discussed his battle to maintain a healthy weight since his rise to stardom twenty years ago on Tuesday during the debut episode of the Mental as Anyone podcast. It all began when Guy commented, 'I'm so tired,' beneath a video posted by singer Amy Shark as she vented about the social media content she has to put out. It comes as Guy is set to return to The Voice Australia this year as a coach alongside LeAnn Rimes, Adam Lambert, and Kate Miller-Heidke.
