Guns N Roses star's 25-year-old stepdaughter's tragic cause of death confirmed

The stepdaughter of Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash, Lucy-Bleu Knight, tragically passed away earlier this year, and the cause of death for the 25 year old has now been confirmed

A report from the Los Angeles County medical examiner, released on Thursday 29 August, confirmed that Lucy-Bleu's death was due to hydrogen sulphide toxicity and it has been ruled as suicide. Officials have stated that law enforcement officers discovered her unresponsive during a welfare check at a private residence on 19 July and she was declared dead at 3pm local time. Acute exposure can lead to symptoms such as nausea, headaches, confusion, balance issues, tremors, convulsions, and irritation of the skin and eyes, according to the US Center for Disease Control and Prevention, reports the Mirror.
