Guillaume Canet Action Thriller ‘Ad Vitam’ Breaks Into Netflix Non-English All-Time Top Ten

Per data collated by the streamer to coincide with the publication of its weekly top 10 charts, the movie has generated 54.5 million views since its release on January 10, in 93 countries including France, the U.S., Canada, Germany, Spain, the UK and Australia. It marks a first major action thriller role for popular French actor-director-producer Canet, whose other recent credits include costume drama The Flood, romance Out of Season and family movie Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, which he also directed. Lauga’s previous credits include love-triangle comedy It’s Complicated, surfing drama La Source and Amazon Studios picture I Don’t Love You Either.
