Grip Sustained “Extensive Bodily Injuries” In Accident On ‘The Pickup’ Set, According To Fundraiser
A grip named Marvin Haven has been identified as one of the crew members injured on the set of the Eddie Murphy film The Pickup

Since it occurred with the 2nd unit team, production on the film has not stopped and director Tim Story was not around this part of the set at the time of the accident, sources told Deadline. A video of the accident obtained by the New York Times shows an armored truck rolls on top of the SUV, with both vehicles fully flipping before landing upright.
