An awkward moment between Gregg Wallace and Penny Lancaster on Celebrity MasterChef has resurfaced after her husband Sir Rod Stewart accused the presenter of bullying
Although Gregg has temporarily stepped down from his role on the show and refuted claims of inappropriate behaviour, he has stated through Banijay UK, the production company behind MasterChef, that he is "committed to fully cooperating throughout the process" of the ongoing investigation. Meanwhile, a segment from Loose Women star Penny's stint on the culinary programme in 2021 has gone viral again, showing her awkward moment with Gregg as she nervously presented her fried calamari and tartare sauce, despite initially saying: "I'm doing surprisingly well compared to what I imagined how I'd be doing. "Whilst these complainants have not raised the allegations directly with our show producers or parent company Banijay UK, we feel that it is appropriate to conduct an immediate, external review to fully and impartially investigate."
