Gregg Wallace hits back after fuming customers slam his healthy-eating website
Gregg Wallace has come under fire from unhappy customers of his healthy eating website, who have claimed they are struggling to get refunds and have been 'repeatedly charged'
The website's refund policy offers a 'freemium version', allowing potential users to try before they buy, but makes it clear that 'refunds are not provided once you have accessed our full intellectual property'. It also states that while 'membership can be cancelled', due to the immediate access to a vast recipe bank, expert advice, and diet framework, these services do not come with a standard cooling-off period.
