The Olympian, 37, has revealed what his 'horrible' Dancing On Ice injury is as he heads to hospital to have surgery.

The Dancing On Ice star, 37, missed the final after experiencing a significant injury the morning of rehearsals but has not revealed what is was, until now. Taking to Instagram on Thursday, the Olympian said he 'effectively gave myself a C-section' after he tore his abs when he tried to skate through the legs of Colin Grafton. The Olympian, 37, will head to hospital to have surgery after he herniated and tore his abs (pictured shortly after he injured himself)
