Greg Rutherford opens about his 'horribly painful' Dancing On Ice injury which left him with a torn ab and two herniated disks
Appearing on Wednesday's episode of Lorraine, the Olympian, 37, explained why he was forced missed the dancing final after the mishap.
Detailing the exact moment it went 'horribly wrong', Greg explained: 'I had this absolute panicked look and the two pro's that were on the ice who were incredible, they straight away shouted for people to come and I couldn't move.'
