Greg James issues apology for Radio 1 co-star Dean McCullough's behaviour on I'm A Celeb

BBC Radio 1 presenter Greg James has issued an apology for the actions of his fellow broadcasters, Dean McCullough and Melvin Odoom, on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Dean McCullough's colleague from Radio 1, Greg James, has issued an apology "on behalf" of the BBC for the antics of his fellow presenters in the I'm A Celebrity jungle. On his morning show, Greg James addressed the recent "jungle drama" involving Melvin Odoom and Dean McCullough, who were caught sneaking prohibited items into camp, leading to a punishment for all contestants. Dean, who was recently put up for a Bushtucker Trial named 'The Sinister Sarcophagus' by public vote, became the first celebrity to utter the iconic phrase "I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here", leading to an early end to his trial before he could win the maximum stars, each representing a meal for camp.
