Great British Bake Off star Laura Adlington reveals she has given up baking after cruel trolls made her 'lose her love for it'
The star, 33, appeared on the show in 2020, making it all the way to the final, losing out to the show's youngest-ever winner Peter Sawkins.
But Laura, who is a size 26 and an avid body positivity advocate, has confessed that she lost her love for baking due to the harsh trolling she received while on the show. Laura told Lorraine Kelly: 'I must admit I lost my love for it after Bake Off because I got trolled really badly and people said "You were rubbish" and I shouldn't have got so far' Laura has now released her new book Diet Starts Monday which urges readers to 'ditch the scales, reclaim their bodies and live life to the full'
