Gordon Ramsay chef dead at 41 after Notting Hill Carnival attack

Gordon Ramsay chef Mussie Imnetu, 41, was visiting the UK from Dubai, when he was attacked at Notting Hill Carnival over the bank holiday weekend. He worked at the Bread Street Kitchen in Dubai

Detective Chief Inspector Brian Howie commented on the case, saying: "In light of Mussie's death, the offence will be reviewed in conjunction with the Crown Prosecution Service." He added: "Mussie's family, friends and colleagues in London, Dubai, Sweden and Eritrea are inconsolable after receiving the worst news imaginable. Mussie's death follows the tragic news of Cher Maximen, who had enjoyed last Sunday's carnival with her three-year-old daughter, passing away in hospital on Saturday morning.
