Currently in post-production, the Las Vegas-set film also features Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Bautista, Brenda Song, Kiernan Shipka and Billie Lourd in the cast. The deal builds on connections forged through Utopia’s acquisition and distribution in the U.S. of a number of titles sold by Goodfellas (ex Wild Bunch International) in the past, including Holy Spider and Vortex. Utopia’s past theatrical releases include Sean Price Williams’ The Sweet Eas t, Eddie Alcazar and EP Steven Soderbergh’s Divinity, Kristoffer Borgli’s dark comedy Sick of Myself and Ali Abbasi’s Oscar shortlisted and Cannes winner Holy Spider.
