Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway had to stop the show as newsreader Sean Fletcher announced a breaking death announcement.

During Tuesday's program (December 17), the 57-year-old presenter was at the desk with her fellow hosts, Richard Madeley and Sean Fletcher, who were on hand for extra news segments.
