Barbara – who is best known for portraying Nathan Scott’s mom Deb on One Tree Hill from 2003 until 2012 – took to Instagram on Sunday, October 27, to share a photo of herself, Mark, 37, and her daughter Natalie Alyn Lind dressed up in Halloween costumes. While Mark’s daughter Kelsey Anderson took to the comments section to say the photo was “so cute,” others couldn’t help but wonder if the reality star and actress are a couple. Mark recently entered the spotlight when he competed on the debut season of The Golden Bachelorette.
