Guy Gansert is taking accountability after a former protective order filed by his ex-wife came to light amid his time on The Golden Bachelorette. “This was an unfortunate situation that occurred during an incredibly stressful time for me and my former spouse and was ultimately resolved when she voluntary [sic] dismissed her request for a protective order. The ex referred to Guy as “extremely unstable” and alleged that he had been sending her “stacks of text messages” that began with him “trying to reconcile,” but “flipped to anger” quickly.
