Gold House Unveils This Year’s A100 List Honoring Most Impactful Asian Pacific Leaders
'Wicked' director Jon M. Chu, stars Bowen Yang and Michelle Yeoh, Squid Game actors Lee Byung-hun and Lee Jung-jae were among the honorees on Gold House's annual A100 List this year.
Among the honorees are Wicked director Jon M. Chu with stars Bowen Yang and Michelle Yeoh, with their film becoming the highest-grossing Broadway musical adaptation globally; Squid Game Season 2 stars Lee Byung-hun and Lee Jung-jae with creator Hwang Dong-hyuk, with the show dominating worldwide Netflix viewership; ‘Apt.’ singers Rosé and Bruno Mars, who recorded over 1.5 billion views on their music video; Penguin Random House CEO Nihar Malaviya, as well as Nobel prize-winner for literature Han Kang. Other honorees also include Anita Dongre, Barbie’s first Indian designer; Torri Huske, who became the most-decorated Asian American Olympian at the Paris Games; MLB record-breaker Shohei Ohtani; businesswoman and sports investor Michele Kang as well as Olympic golfer Lydia Ko. The A100 honorees list was selected by a group of successful Asian-Pacific leaders alongside community judges, headed by Janet Yang, the President of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
