Amy Tapper showed off her jaw-dropping weight loss transformation on Instagram on Wednesday.
The quick fixes meant Amy never managed to maintain her weight loss, and it's only since she made a 'positive lifestyle change' that her health journey has really taken off. She often posts videos of her workouts to her followers which show her lifting weights or boxing with her personal trainer which she says have helped her Amy admitted she would often type her name into Twitter as new episodes of Gogglebox aired, only to see trolls making negative comments about her weight.
