GMA’s Lara Spencer Has Surgery on Both Feet and Is Forced to Wear 2 Boots: ‘A Little Groggy’
GMA's Lara Spencer revealed that she has to wear a boot on each foot after having two different procedures following injuries. She shared a photo on Instagram.

She was already back in the gym shortly after revealing the surgery, explaining how the injury changed up her fitness routine amid her recovery. “I can’t put weight on my left leg for five more weeks if I am lucky and even then, will still be wearing this boot for another five BUT I can stay in shape in the meantime,” she explained in the caption of a workout video on January 11, 2023.
