Glastonbury weather: warm, dry and settled conditions forecast for festival
Relief as Met Office predicts generally dry conditions with moderate temperatures and low wind at Worthy Farm
As the music kicks into gear on the smaller stages on Thursday, there will be “cloudier and slightly breezier conditions through the day and possibly some light rain in the afternoon”, as a cold front passes through the area. But that front is expected to be gone by the festival’s main days of Friday to Sunday, headlined by Dua Lipa, Coldplay and SZA respectively. The Met Office acknowledges “some uncertainty” with possible showers, but anticipates “dry days with sunny spells and light winds”.
