Giovanni Pernice took to his social media to issue a lengthy video following the release of the BBC report into alleged misconduct behind the scenes at Strictly Come Dancing
After the BBC announced earlier today that it had upheld “some, but not all, of the complaints made", it also offered an apology to Amanda and thanked her for coming forward and taking part. This evening, 34-year-old Giovanni to Instagram to post a video and lengthy caption in which he said he was glad the issue was "over”, and admitted that the past six months had been “difficult”. Seven months of reading everyday things in the newspaper and not be able to respond because I wanted to keep the confidentiality and privacy of the review, was a difficult time.
