The album was previewed with the rollicking “Wranglers” and the cheeky “Dammit, Randy,” while the latest single, “Alimony,” co-written with Shane McAnally and Natalie Hemby, serves up a dancefloor-ready shuffle that showcases Lambert’s ability to mix sass with soulful storytelling. In just two weeks, Lambert will receive the prestigious Country Icon Award at the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 26, at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.
