Ghost Adventures' Aaron Goodwin Sues Ex for Negligence, False Imprisonment

‘Ghost Adventures’ star Aaron Goodwin accused estranged wife Victoria of negligence, false imprisonment and assault in amended divorce documents

In Aaron’s petition filed on Wednesday, March 19, and obtained exclusively by Us Weekly, the TV star, 48, is seeking punitive and exemplary damages totaling more than $10,000 after Victoria, 32, was allegedly negligent in her marital actions. According to police records obtained by Us, Victoria had been communicating with infamous convicted killer Grant Amato, who’s serving a life sentence in a Florida prison for the murders of his parents and brother. After watching the series in March 2024, Victoria allegedly started a pen pal relationship with the killer and then began texting him about wanting to leave her marriage and to “end [Aaron’s] existence” instead of filing for divorce.
