Get a First Look at The Weeknd’s ‘Hurry Up Tomorrow’ Film Starring Jenna Ortega & Barry Keoghan
The Weeknd's 'Hurry Up Tomorrow' movie is coming. Here are some first-look photos of the film project starring Jenna Ortega and Barry Keoghan.
The photos arrive one day after the Canadian-Ethiopian superstar made his triumphant return to the Grammys and performed “Cry for Me” and “Timeless” with Playboi Carti from his new album, Hurry Up Tomorrow, which he dropped on Friday (Jan. 31) via XO and Republic Records. Directed by Trey Edward Shults, the film Hurry Up Tomorrow follows a musician who’s “plagued by insomnia” and “is pulled into an odyssey with a stranger who begins to unravel the very core of his existence,” according to the official synopsis. Ortega, Shults, Live Nation CEO Michael Rapino, Ryan Kroft, The Weeknd’s manager Wassim “Sal” Slaiby and Harrison Huffman are executive producers on the film.
