Gersh Names Endeavor’s Catherine Benoit Masraff Head Of Human Resources, Promotes Kenji Shishido To Agent
Gersh has hired Catherine Benoit Masraff as Head of Human Resources, promoting Kenji Shishido to Agent in the Below the Line/Production department.
She brings extensive experience in scaling smaller companies into global organizations and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, having successfully integrated organizations during strategic acquisitions at both private equity firm TPR Holdings and Endeavor. A native Angelino of Japanese American heritage, he is passionate about building the careers of emerging below the line artists and spotlighting diverse creatives from multicultural backgrounds. In January, Gersh made the first major M&A announcement of 2024 when it acquired the Digital and Alternative divisions of the now defunct A3 Artists Agency.
