Georgia Toffolo's husband James Watt completed an emotional London Marathon on Sunday after flouting doctors' advice to take part in the charity race - but admitted he suffered a horrific injury during the event. The BrewDog millionaire, 42, posted a picture of his golden participation medal to Instagram having ignored excruciating pain, following bone damage and a torn ligament, to cross the finish line. James was running the marathon in aid of Pancreatic Cancer UK after his father Jim died from the illness last year, and at one point the co-founder of the drinks company showed he had written 'DAD' on his hand in black marker for motivation.
