The reality star couldn't contain her pride as she took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a sweet message to her boyfriend after he stepped down as CEO of BrewDog.
The businessman, 40, will hand over the reins to chief operating officer James Arrow, but will remain with the group as a non-executive director on the board and continue to advise them on strategy. 'I was reading James’ letter to his team and he wrote ‘For almost 2 decades, pretty much every second of my waking existence has been focused on this amazing business’ truer words have never been spoken. Discussing James' committed work ethic she continued: 'This isn’t my favourite photo of me (those are the best, though), but it perfectly sums you up as the forever Captain of the BrewDog ship.
