George Clooney to Make Broadway Debut in 'Good Night, and Good Luck'

On Monday (May 13), it was announced that the 63-year-old Oscar-winning actor will be making his Broadway acting and playwriting debut next spring in the stage adaption of his 2005 movie Good Night, and Good Luck. Keep reading to find out more… In the play, George will play Edward R. Murrow, “the pioneering newscaster whose storied broadcast career in the mid-20th century made him a journalism icon,” according to The New York Times. “I am honored, after all these years, to be coming back to the stage and especially, to Broadway, the art form and the venue that every actor aspires to,” George shared in a press release.
