George Clooney grinned ear to ear at his surprise birthday celebration while on the set of his new movie in Tuscany, Italy.
George and Adam star in film alongside Riley Keough, Billy Crudip, Laura Dern, Patrick Wilson and Isla Fisher. A source told People that on his birthday, he enjoyed a game of basketball with co-star Adam: 'George was in an upbeat, cheeky mood. George and his wife Amal Clooney, 46, are set to celebrate their children - twins Ella And Alexander's seventh birthday next month.
