EXCLUSIVE: As George Clinton is preparing to get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, a new documentary about the Parliament-Funkadelic founder is in the works. Clinton started out as a staff songwriter for Motown in the 1960s before becoming known for the P-Funk of Parliament and Funkadelic in the ‘70s, where he had a slew of hit singles. It comes as Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis, civil rights attorney Ben Crump and longtime Motown songwriter Janie Bradford are set to introduce Clinton as he unveils his walk of fame star.
