The General Hospital star, 36, hilariously announced her engagement to Matt McInnis, 40, on Friday with photo of herself modeling her massive diamond ring while biting into a burrito. The couple was met with celebratory comments from friends and loved ones, including Mansi's General Hospital co-stars Kirsten Storms, Kristina Wagner and Kristen Vaganos. Mansi previously told Soap Opera Digest of her plans for the holiday weekend: 'I'll be heading to a cabin to get in some much-needed nature time with my closest friends'
