Chloe played young Patricia Spencer in two episodes in 2015 and then rejoined the show as Nelle Benson from 2016 to 2020. Josh has been playing Cody Bell on the soap opera series since 2022. Josh was in attendance at a “Men of General Hospital” fan event in New York City over the weekend and Chloe showed up as a surprise guest… and she was dressed as Josh with a fake beard and baseball cap.
