Gemma Collins has made an emotional appeal for her mum Joan to "hurry home" as she stays in hospital after what turned out to be more than a routine check-up. In the heartwarming picture, Gemma dons a sleek black swimsuit while lounging on a white float, with her 68 year old mum Joan comfortably dipping her hands in the water, clinging to the inflatable. "So last week I had the shock of my life when my mum stopped breathing, I called an ambulance and was told to prepare for the worst and would I like to resuscitate her," Gemma relayed to her fans at the time.
