Gemma Collins has shared an emotional Instagram post on Monday as she pleaded for mums to 'embrace their children' as she opened up about her fertility struggles.
The TOWIE icon, 44, is step mum to fiancé Rami Hawash's son Tristan, seven, and opened up about their special bond as they spent quality time together at the seaside during half term. Gemma has been incredibly candid about her wishes to have children and has shared that she has faced several miscarriages and was once advised to terminate a pregnancy of an intersex baby; pictured with fiance Rami Hawash Sharing a video to her Instagram, Gemma and the friends she was travelling with hopped out of their car to help out, saying: 'I can't leave a young girl stranded.'
