In an Instagram Story shared by Gemma, 43, Rami could be seen looking content as he tucked into chicken and sausages, with a side salad, whilst the sun shone in the background. In the next Story, a clean plate featured in the snap, whilst Gemma shared a look at her stunning garden, with green trees, blue skies, and giant elephant ornaments.
