The reality TV personality, 44, has been working on her off grid garden to help maintain her recent two stone weight loss.
Speaking to Closer magazine, Gemma said: 'I love growing my own vegetables, I've got potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers and spring onions. She revealed in January that she'd been taking the NHS approved Mounjaro injections and has left fans stunned with her incredible transformation. 'Ozempic face' is a used to describe noticeable facial changes, such as sagging skin and a gaunt appearance, that can occur after rapid weight loss, often associated with the use of medications like Ozempic.
