The businessman, who popped the question in February, captured the terrifying incident as the reality TV star administered ice to her tongue while waiting for medical help. Businessman Rami got engaged to the TOWIE legend earlier this year and the couple have since spilled the beans about their plans for their upcoming nuptials, revealing they want three separate weddings.
