Gelo getting a co-sign from a rapper of Wayne’s legend and caliber is a promising sign for where his career might be heading off the court. In 2023, Wayne told Rolling Stone about his longevity providing him with the opportunity to go head-to-head with the rising generations of rap artists who grew up listening to him. And while those aforementioned artists’ breakout songs represented an eye to the future, ‘Tweaker’ may just be a pastiche one-off — though LiAngelo’s teased a second single coming soon.
