A Gavin & Stacey star has revealed that the cast were kept in the dark about a second huge plot twist from the finale episode which aired on Christmas Day.

Now actress Lauren Cornelius, who played the part of Sonia's bridesmaid Anna, has revealed the second huge twist about Gwen and Dave made the stars of the show gasp out loud during the first read through of the script. Lauren has also revealed the extreme measures creators James Corden(Smithy), Ruth Jones (Nessa) and the other show bosses went to in order for Sonia's comeback not to leak. Sharing a snap of Laura alongside Alison Steadman, who portrays Pam in the BBC show, the director quipped: '@lauraikman spent the whole g&s shoot being hidden away.
