Gal Gadot has revealed that she underwent emergency surgery on a brain clot at the same time as giving birth to her daughter. In an emotional social media update, the Wonder Woman actress said she wanted to share the story of her trauma to help raise awareness of Cerebral Venous Thrombosis in pregnant women. The ordeal took place in February during the eighth month of her pregnancy, when Gadot said she experienced “excruciating headaches” that confined her to bed.
