The 53 year old Radio 2 DJ shared a sweet throwback picture of her mother, captioning it: "Sleep tight dear mama. Zoe previously informed fans about her mother's devastating pancreatic cancer diagnosis last month, revealing that she would be stepping back from her Radio 2 breakfast show duties to provide care.
