From Software says ‘there’s interest’ in an Elden Ring movie adaptation

Hidetaka Miyazaki says From Software would need to "build a lot of trust and agreement" with a partner to make a good Elden Ring movie.

Elden Ring is a huge hit with 25 million copies sold and fantastic reviews for the base game and its recently released Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. Miyazaki went on to say that From Software would need to "build a lot of trust and agreement" with a potential partner for an Elden Ring movie. Back in 2021, Bandai Namco said Elden Ring was already being developed for a"variety of other areas," and many took this to mean some kind of film or TV adaptation.
