From junk shop to jackpot: Antiques Roadshow guest's £10 sign valued at over £10,000

Antiques expert Lisa Lloyd was left amazed by an Antiques Roadshow's guest's junk shop find which she estimated was worth a five-figure sum.

A guest on Antiques Roadshow was left speechless when he found out that a sign that had been stored in his garage for two decades was worth a staggering five-figure sum. The man was over the moon and even gave the dusty sign, which he had originally picked up for just £10 at a junk shop, a celebratory kiss after expert Lisa Lloyd revealed its worth. The revelation happened during filming at Walmer Castle, where Lloyd encountered a pensioner with an enamel BP sign depicting a car driving off.
