Zac Efron has insisted he is 'happy and healthy' after being hospitalised over the weekend, but it's been a challenging time for the movie pin up.
It's not the first time Zac has hit the headlines with his physical health, with drama surrounding the star since he shot to fame as heartthrob Troy Bolton in High School Musical in 2006. In December 2013 Zac again sparked surgery rumours after wearing a pair of dark sunglasses on The Today Show, to promote his project The Iron Claw - which saw him undergo a drastic transformation to play wrestler Kevin Von Erich. Zac has been open about his struggles over the past two decades, and this weekend spoke directly to the reports about his health by sharing an Instagram snap of himself working out as he promised fans that he is 'Happy and healthy.'
