In 2019, it was announced that Hugh had been cast as Professor Harold Hill and Sutton earned the role of Marian Paroo in the revival of The Music Man. Hugh and Sutton’s relationship was officially confirmed in January 2025 when they were spotted holding hands while out on a romantic dinner date in Santa Monica, California, according to photos obtained by People.
