From Cheryl to Gemma Collins and Robbie Williams: The stars who struggled with their school exams (and those who passed with flying colours!)

While studying hard for end of year tests is important, many celebrities have proven not getting the best results isn't the end of the world.

After turning 17, Ryan Gosling decided to drop out of Lester B. Pearson High School and moved from Canada to L.A. to pursue his acting career. When Ryan turned 12, he tasted some fame in Hollywood when he joined Disney’s Mickey Mouse Club as a cast member alongside Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake. He studied English Literature during his time at the prestigious instution and it was there he wrote an essay that would later become the screenplay for Good Will Hunting which he co-wrote with his friend Ben Affleck.
