Friday Night Lights Star Zach Gilford Files for Divorce from Kiele Sanchez After 12 Years of Marriage: Report

Zach Gilford reportedly filed for divorce from wife Kiele Sanchez in April 2025 after 12 years of marriage. The actors, who got married in December 2012, share two children: Zeppelin and Revel. They played a married couple in 'Criminal Minds: Evolution.'

Theoutlet also reported that the Gilford is seeking joint legal and physical custody of the couple’s two kids — Zeppelin, 7, and Revel, 4 — and checked a box to award his estranged wife spousal support. More recently, Sanchez portrayed Gilford’s on-screen wife in a recurring role in 2022's Criminal Minds: Evolution, in which he played serial killer Elias Voit. “We regretfully confirm that Zach Gilford and Kiele Sanchez recently lost their child to a late-term miscarriage,” a rep for the couple told PEOPLE in 2015.
