Fremantle, Globo to Co-Produce, Distribute Brazilian Drama Series ‘Crime Inc’
Powerhouse production and distribution outfit Fremantle and Brazilian public broadcaster Globo are teaming on the new drama 'Crime Inc.'
Intergenerational infighting about succession within the organization puts everyone on edge, and young Vagner is willing to do anything to become the first Black leader of the group after his father retires. “Crime Inc” is written by Dudu Nobre and Caio Cobra and adapted for the screen by Marcos Osorio Vidal and Willy Van Broock. Manuel Marti, Head of Scripted Development at Fremantle in Latin America, added: “This partnership with Globo marks an exciting chapter for Fremantle as we continue to explore compelling stories that transcend borders.’ Crime Inc’ offers a unique narrative that will captivate audiences both in Brazil and globally, showcasing the richness and diversity of Brazilian storytelling.”
