Fred Sirieix's fiancée Fruitcake has been forced to take a step back from public life after being diagnosed with a health condition, which has left her in 'excruciating pain'
She bravely told her followers about her Bell's Palsy diagnosis, which caused "sudden, temporary weakness or paralysis of the muscles on one side of the face". Now dealing with "some ongoing issues" like visual disturbances and ear and jaw aches, she's also coping with self-recognition difficulties, prompting her to avoid public appearances.
