Frankie Valli's son files for temporary restraining order to keep older brother away from them after alleged break-in and threats

Frankie Valli's son Emilio has filed for a temporary restraining order against his older brother in order to protect himself and his father.

After Francesco allegedly failed to break into the house, Emilio claims he threatened to hurt and kill both his brother and father, leaving Frankie fearing for his life. The singer's younger son also alleged in his filing that Francesco has resorted to stealing and then selling off his father's possessions in order to fund his opioid use, which he thinks may have been the motivation behind last week's attempted break-in. In addition to being a popular singer, Valli has occasionally worked as an actor with guest appearances on show's including The Sopranos, Miami Vice and Full House.
