Frankie Bridge worries fans as she says 'depression has crept up' on her
Frankie Bridge has been open about her past battles with anxiety and depression in the past, and she has now bravely shared with fans that she feels "unmotivated" and "low"
The singer asked her followers on Instagram for advice (Image: Instagram/Frankie Bridge)This isn't the first time that Frankie has opened up about her struggles as in the book by the Saturdays called Open: Why Asking For Help Can Save Your Life, she wrote: "For as long as I can remember I had suffered from anxiety, nervousness, the big black cloud, stress, low moods, sadness. While chatting to her friend Matty Lee, she shared that even though she had a great life with her husband Wayne Bridge, who she married in 2014, and a successful career, she was still feeling sad inside. She said: "Because I was with Wayne, I still remember being in the shower, and thinking, I love him, we'd spoken about marriage and kids and stuff, we had a beautiful home, I had a career I'd always wanted, but I just knew I was fundamentally unhappy.
